Unpaid preorders are open. The returns and exchange policy will be published before payment is requested.

The policy will explain eligibility, time limits, garment condition, return costs and how to request help with an order.

Compare the garment measurements with a tee you already own before choosing your size.

Before booking, you can remove pieces or change quantities in your bag. Once a booking reference has been issued, changing your bag does not change that preorder. Keep your reference and reply when Wrangster contacts you to discuss any changes. No payment is taken at the preorder stage.
